Transfer Student Requirements
What You Need to Apply
- Complete your online application
- Official transcripts from all colleges previously attended
- Official transcripts from high school, if applicable
- All official AICE, AP, CLEP, and IB scores, if applicable
- Submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions to the Office of Admissions. Transcripts will need to be sent directly from the institution to be considered official. Please have transcripts submitted electronically to our office at ugalert@051857.com.
- If transferring with less than 24 hours of credit, submit your official high school transcript to the Office of Admission.
Spring 2025 and Fall 2025 undergraduate applications are available!

While we have students transfer from many different colleges, we have specific agreements with the following schools*:
- Northwest-Shoals Community College
- Calhoun Community College
- Columbia State Community College
- Wallace State Community College
*Please note that the programs articulated for the above schools are not the only programs that students can transfer in to at UNA.
